Andrews University Department of Music professors Carla
Trynchuk and Chi Yong Yun perform together in an Evening of French Music on the violin and piano.
This faculty recital features works by French composers and pieces including Sonata in D Major, Op. 9, No. 3 by Jean Marie Leclair, Camille Saint-Saëns' Sonata No. 1 in D Minor, Op. 75, and Sonata in A Major by César Franck.
A graduate of the Juilliard School, Ms. Trynchuk is the director of the string program at Andrews University.
Ms. Yun is the director of piano studies, and is also pursuing her Doctor of Musical Arts at University of Illinois Urbana - Champaign.
