Soweto Gospel Choir

Called a "cornucopia of remarkable voices" by The New York Times, Grammy Award-winning Soweto Gospel Choir out of South Africa will bring a taste of culture to Southwest Michigan as they celebrate the unique and inspirational power of African Gospel music blended with traditional hymns, Jamaican reggae, American pop and spiritually themed secular songs. This 26-member touring group had several noted performances, including one for former South African President Nelson Mandela.
